Remote Access Tool
This facility allows software and support engineers at LSA to remotely access and control your PC whenever you have a problem.
This technique is so much simpler, quicker and more reliable than the 'older' method of talking you through diagnosing and fixing your problem over the phone, allowing the problem to be dealt with quicker without engineer site visits so saving both time and money.
You should only use this facility while in telephone contact with engineers at LSA; click on the link below for the browser you are using and follow the instructions given, and hey presto, we can see and use your computer ourselves while you watch the fault fixing process.

If directed by the LSA engineer, we will use a system provided by Team Viewer.
When directed, please click on the link below, click "Run", then pass the "Session No" & "Password" to the LSA engineer. He will them be able to complete the process and continue the fault fixing process.
